This report discusses my experience as a teacher in training and how I believe I have progressed during this process. It includes details about the theoretical and practical processes that I have tackled, which has allowed me to organize my classes more effectively.

I started my teaching practice with doubts and uncertainties, but as time has passed, I have acquired pedagogical skills that have helped me to improve on a large scale. My students have obtained excellent results, and I feel much more confident in myself now that I have obtained better language skills and mastery of the English language. I have also learned to identify the needs, problems, and skills of my students, which has helped me to better understand the strategies and methodologies that I should apply.

However, I have also faced some challenges, such as working with large groups of students who are sometimes difficult to motivate. I have learned that authority is important as a teacher, although some students need more time to accept it. But with the help of other teachers, I have faced these challenges and learned from them.

My teaching experience has allowed me to improve every day in my formation as a teacher, and I feel that I have acquired new techniques, strategies, and methodologies of teaching, which allows me to improve even more my ability to teach effectively.

Furthermore, based on my immersive teaching practice in training, I believe that several changes are needed to improve student learning. One of them is that a greater effort must be made to use English as the primary language of instruction and interaction. I also consider it essential to create strategies that generate a fun and pleasant learning environment for students through various activities, such as games, debates, and activities based on daily life.

In conclusion, I believe that my experience as a teacher in training has been enriching. I have learned a lot and improved my ability to teach effectively, gaining valuable insights into the dynamics of the classroom and refining my instructional methods. As I reflect on this experience, I am more motivated than ever to continue honing my pedagogical skills.
